The conference set up two main venues and seven branch venues, gathering industry experts, leaders and well-known executives from Jiangsu, Anhui, Jiangxi, Shanxi, Fujian, Hunan, Guizhou, Heilongjiang, Sichuan and other provinces to gather wisdom, share experience, seek healthy and efficient development of the pig industry, and draw a new blueprint for industrial development.

The conference covers the current hot topics facing China's pig industry, such as production capacity layout, building pig breeding, disease prevention and control, non resistant diets, green breeding, regional joint breeding, and pig cycle. Among them, intelligent breeding has received wide attention from the participants. Some experts pointed out at the conference that intelligent facilities and equipment such as intelligent feeding and intelligent environmental control have been promoted and applied in large-scale farms. The upgrading of digital intelligence stimulates new industrial momentum

At this conference, Mr. Zhang Hongfei, President of Shanghai Zhengcheng Electromechanical Manufacturing Co., Ltd., introduced in the theme report "Exploring Intelligent Solutions for the Pig Industry" that Shanghai Zhengcheng had included the whole intelligent breeding at the beginning of the project design, including intelligent epidemic prevention, intelligent feeding, intelligent environmental control, intelligent inspection, etc., and had a perfect digital breeding system that could collect all the above data Analyze, summarize and alarm.

According to President Zhang, the digital intelligent breeding system independently developed by Shanghai Zhengcheng uses advanced technologies such as big data, Internet of Things and artificial intelligence, and has six functions, including video monitoring, environmental monitoring, biological epidemic prevention, pig management, energy and materials management, and personnel management. It is revealed that the system has been successfully put into use in the 6000 breeding pig farm of Minquan Zhengda, and has achieved good results. In addition, at this conference, President Zhang also shared Shanghai Zhengcheng Pig Farm Construction 4.0, and made a detailed explanation of the six core capabilities, including process design capability, product research and development capability, intelligent manufacturing capability, engineering management capability, digital intelligence capability, and perfect delivery capability, which attracted great attention from the participants.

In an interview with the reporter of New Pig Dispatch, President Zhang said that, as a sole proprietorship of Zhengda Group, Shanghai Zhengcheng's electromechanical equipment and engineering project solutions combined with the 100 year history of farming and animal husbandry production of Zhengda Group, and absorbed many foreign high-end electromechanical product technologies introduced by the Group from the global perspective of Zhengda Group.

In terms of intelligent breeding exploration, President Zhang said that Shanghai Zhengcheng began to develop domestic Internet of Things technology as early as 2016 to explore intelligent solutions for pig industry. In 2021, Chia Tai Intelligent Manufacturing R&D Center will be officially put into use, focusing on the R&D and manufacturing of intelligent equipment for feed plants, breeding farms and food factories. It will use IoT, big data, artificial intelligence and other high-tech technologies to drive the innovation and transformation of the group, and complete the transformation from industry 3.0 to 4.0.
