In recent years, with the rapid development of Chia Tai's overseas business, the importance of English communication in work has been increasing. In order to help employees better understand the language habits and work methods of international clients, and to train a team of high-quality talents with professional abilities and English proficiency, on September 7th, Shanghai Zhengcheng Human Resources Department collaborated with Lia from the Ministry of Commerce to carry out a series of business English training. On the first day of the course, 32 "young students" were welcomed.

On the first day of class, Zhang Hongfei, General Manager of Shanghai Zhengcheng, clarified the importance of English learning for personal career improvement and company business development. He emphasized that the development of Zhengda Electromechanical's overseas business is thriving, and all middle and back-end business departments, especially sales and technology departments, should also strive to improve their language proficiency and fully support the development of overseas businesses.

In class, Teacher Chen carefully sorted out common misconceptions in company contract management from the perspective of litigation practice, and comprehensively reviewed the risk control throughout the entire lifecycle of contract management, focusing on "pre approval", "detailed back investigation", "subject recognition", "clause details", "key clause notes", "filing and review" and other aspects during the contract signing process. From discovering problems, analyzing problems, solving problems, to practical applications, employees have expressed great benefits. At the end of the training, Teacher Chen consolidated and evaluated the training in the form of a quiz in class. According to the test results, over 82% of employees have achieved excellent results of ≥ 90 points, and this training has achieved good results.
